The slow movement was born in Italy in 1986 with the concept of slow food, which then inspired slow tourism, then slow management and finally slow business. A convert to this movement, Nathalie Deschamps, the founder of TCHIN&Co, applies the concept to corporate events with the creation of the slow event, in a particularly suitable area: the Pays d'Ovalie.

Just 15 minutes from Cahors in the direction of Luzech, at the Cave of Côtes d’Olt, you will discover our ageing cellar with 1200 barrels and our new contemporary tasting cellar.
