AOP Gaillac blanc sec

A blend of Loin de l’Oeil and Sauvignon Blanc, the grapes enjoy great exposure on the alluvial terraces on the left bank and the clay-chalk terraces on the right bank of the River Tarn. This wine is aged in oak barrels for 9 months.
