Les Malbec Days

From the 16th to the 21st of June, the Cahors vineyard was in the limelight, one could hear American accents, but also Danish, German and Italian, in every corner of the plot !!
It was the week of the "Malbec Days”, an event organized by the UIVC (Interprofessional Union of Cahors Wines), the attendees had a chance to discover the Cahors vineyards in a very unusual way through the "Malbec Tour".  All producers of the appellation have been in contact with importers, restaurateurs, sommeliers, distributors, journalists and bloggers seduced by the quality of the wines they tasted.

Vinovalie came in their hot-air balloon and offered rides to buyers who had come from across the Atlantic. Château les Bouysses on June 20th with a baptism, and Villesèque on June 21st.
The Americans are not ready to forget their stay in the vineyard and leave with Malbec in their eyes !
