2025 Results
90/100 - Château de Cayx 2020
Tasting Notes: Floral, long, complex and very typically Cahors Malbec on the nose. Very good clarity and purity of fruit here. Elegance meets power and concentration! Refined tannins. A serious ageworthy wine with great use of oak. Concentrated and long.Not trying too hard but certainly delivers! Perhaps just a little hot on the finish?
88/100 Château Croze de Pys Prestige 2022
Tasting Notes: Fruit is a little more stewed in character. Dark plum/damson. A little edgy with firm tannins to finish. Quite a restrained, intellectual style. Needs time in the glass to blossom. Not a fruit bomb but a good representation of the Cahors terroir.
92/100 - Paradis 2022
Tasting Note: Very approachable, enticing, nose. Dark cherry and berry fruits, floral lift with notes of violets to the fore. Plump, plush and very fleshy on the palate with bright acidity to keep the palate in chack. Some ageing in ciment and a touch of oak. A very well made example. Dusky, crisp acidity, fine grained tannins. Typical, well made, plenty of character here.

2. Profil 2 : Représentant des vins plus traditionnels, plus élevés et plus structurés.
3. Il a dégusté, noté et commenté les 46 cuvées déposées sur cet appel à échantillon.
4. Les commentaires et notes peuvent être utilisés et diffusés si vous le souhaitez.
5. Les notes vont de 86/100 à 94/100
