New for the Tarani label, which is expanding its range with a Tarani Frizzante, the fruit of a collaboration between Vinovalie and the cooperative cellar of Cusmano, located in Piedmont. This new vintage is exclusively reserved for the hostelry sector.

Tarani Frizzante, the legend 
 

Tarani Frizzante is the fruit of a cooperation between the winemakers of Ovalie and Piedmontese winemakers in Italy. The similarities of our regions can be seen in our hilly landscapes, our wine-making culture and our ancestral know-how.

Tarani Frizzante, manufacturing secrets 

Made from white muscat musts, which have been partially fermented. Must is stored in stainless steel vats at 0 degrees to keep the aromas fresh. The clear liquid goes into fermentation until the desired aromatic profile is obtained. Fermentation is stopped by the cold. The wine is filtered and bottled while retaining the natural gas.

Tarani Frizzante, delicious little bubbles 

All wines in the range have a common signature: fruit. The freshness of this range makes it a wine for sharing, convivial and airy. With its intense aromas, Tarani is sure to be an unforgettable experience. Fine pinkish bubbles reveal a wonderful fruity nose and generosity on the palate. 9% vol. alcohol. It will seduce everyone.
