Vinovalie presents Aux Origines, a complete range of wines without sulphites, meeting the expectations of consumers looking for natural produce with greater respect for people and the environment.
The only traces of SO2 in Aux Origines are those that naturally develop during the alcoholic fermentation. The vinification and ageing of this collection require extreme, daily vigilance that the Vinovalie teams provide.
Aux Origines is the result of a project by the Vinosulfite Research & Development programme. The aim of this programme is to develop new alternative solutions to sulphites using bio-sourced molecules with interesting anti-oxidant and antiseptic properties. In parallel to this fundamental research, Vinovalie worked on fine-tuning its vinification processes to create its first red Cahors with no added sulphites, using the technical expertise of our vinegrowers and oenologists to guarantee the wine’s protection at every stage of its creative process.
The wine has a pretty and intense red colour. The bouquet reveals jammy fruit aromas and cocoa notes. On the palate it is elegant, velvety and has good length. This wine, with ripe fruitiness, is concentrated with powerful aromas of dark berries like blackcurrant and blackberry.
