Fer Servadou and Syrah

Produced from clay-limestone plots exposed southwest, the grapes are vinified in a traditional way.
The wine is then aged 12 months in oak barrels.

A history

The Château de Tauziès overlooks the Gaillac plain and has the particularity of having experienced continuous human occupation from the Neolithic period to the present day. First agricultural, it became wine property at the beginning of the 19th century.

Sustained color. Complex nose with notes of ripe fruit, morello cherries accompanied by chocolate and caramel notes. Smooth on the palate, the fruity envelops well-integrated tannins.
